Satisfaction Guarantee
You may terminate service from Verizon Wireless for any reason within 14 days of activation without incurring an early termination fee. You will be responsible for all applicable fees, prorated access charges, taxes or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date and equipment return date.
Returns
You may return any or all of your wireless equipment (excluding the Apple Iphone) for any reason within 14 days of purchase. If you return and we accept your equipment within this period, we will refund your equipment purchase price. All cash, credit card or check transactions returned within 14 days and accompanied with a receipt will be returned by check or credit card in the amount of the credit. Purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by a check issued from our corporate office within (30) business days. Credit Card refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
You must return the original box intact with all components (phone, charger, battery, instructions, etc.). All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original customer receipt and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on the receipt. Equipment is not eligible to be returned if the UPC code for the box is missing and the rebate form has been submitted. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. A fee of $35 will be charged to all phones returned.
If you return your equipment after 14 days of purchase, we may allow the return or exchange of merchandise based on the condition of the merchandise. Based on the condition of the merchandise being returned or exchanged, we may charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service. If you cancel your service after the 14-day period or prior to the expiration of your contract term with Verizon Wireless, you will be responsible for the Verizon Wireless service used and any airtime, access and other applicable charges accrued on your account until the service termination date, including a $175 ($350 advance device) early termination fee.
